he Banquet Room is a separate private dining area that will accommodate up to 80 people for any seated-dinner occasion, set up buffet-style.
Menu Selections
Enclosed are the selections for the menu, dessert and bar. If any special menu selections are needed to accommodate certain guests, we will be more than happy to work with you. All menu selections must be decided one week prior to the event to ensure the quantities needed will be available.
Guarantees
The number of guests must also be guaranteed one week prior to the event to ensure proper food and beverage preparation. The minimum billing amount will be based on the guaranteed number of guests and may not be adjusted after that date.
Deposits
A 100.00 deposit is required to reserve the Banquet Room and is not refundable. The deposit is, however, credited towards the total balance.
Pricing
All prices are per person, with a 30-person minimum charge per menu. Prices include food, beverage (tea of soft drinks) and your choice of table cloths. A 8.25% sales tax will be added to all parties. If you are tax-exempt, you must present a tax-exempt form. A 15% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage items purchased. Any additional charges may be added for equipment rental, decorations, bartender fees and linens.
Pricing
Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due in full the day of the event. Victor’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina accepts cash, company checks and credit cards.
Decorations
You will have the choice of choosing two types of linens: champagne for a more formal occasion or mixed colors for a more festive ambiance. Additional linens can be requested at an additional cost. Centerpieces are available for a 30.00 fee. We will be happy to assist you with other services such as mariachis, cakes and floral needs.
