The Banquet Room will accommodate up to 80 people for any occasion for a seated dinner, which is set up buffet style. The Banquet Room is a seperate private dining area. A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve the Banquet Room and is not refundable. The deposit is, however, credited towards the total balance.
Menu Selections
Enclosed are the selections for the menu, dessert and bar. If there are any special menu selections needed to accommodate certain guests, we will be more than happy to work with you on those selections. All menu selections must be made one week prior to the event to ake sure the quantities needed will be available.
Guarantees
The number of guests must also be gauranteed one week prior to the event to ensure proper food and beverage preperation. The number of guests guaranteed represents the minimum billing and may not be adjusted after that date. This number will also help my staff be prepared to serve over the gauranteed amount for your convenience.
Pricing
All prices are per person, with a 30-person minimum charge per menu. A 8.25% sales tax will be added to all parties. If you are tax-exempt, you must present a tax-exempt form. A 15% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage items purchased. Any additional charges may be added for equipment rental, decorations, bartender fees and linens.
Payment
Unless Prior arrangements have been made, payment is due in full the day of the function. Victor's Casa Garcia accepts cash, company checks, and credit cards
Decorations
You will have the choice of choosing two types of linens: champagne for a more formal occasion or mixed colors for a more festive ambiance. There is a $75.00 fee added for the cost of linens. Additional linens can be requested at an additional cost. We will be happy to assist you with other services such as mariachis, cakes, and floral needs. Please no confeti or glitter allowed. Pictures, banners or streamers may be hung with scotch tape only.
Restaurant Marquee
For a $50.00 fee, our marquee at the front entrance of the restaurant may be used to promote your function
